2 credits = 1 worker-day. Charged once per worker per work date when timesheets are finalised, regardless of how many sites they visit. Checking in and out, approving, assigning people to sites and exporting your CSV are free.
On the roadmap, not available and not priced today: lead intake, quote collection, estimation, proposal/tender submission, handover, subcontractor management and invoicing. You won't be asked to pay for them until they work end to end.

What's a credit?
2 credits = 1 worker-day (charged once per worker per date when timesheets are finalised). Plans include a monthly allowance; you only spend credits when timesheets are finalised.
What's always free?
Tapping in and out, approving, assigning people to sites, and exporting your own CSV.
Is it per seat?
No. Plans are a flat monthly price with a credit allowance, not a price per worker. Starter covers up to 3 crew on 1 site; Solo covers up to 10 crew on 3 sites; Team and Scale are unlimited crew and sites.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. Every account starts with a free 30-day trial (up to 100 trial credits), no card and no sales call.
What about the coming-soon workflows?
They aren't live, aren't included in any plan and aren't priced. You won't be asked to pay for them until they actually work end to end.
